The Cumberland has 26 meeting and function rooms which exceed the requirements of even the most demanding of today's business user: bristling with all the latest technology, they are completely self-contained and equipped with everything you'll ever need.

The Gym
With state-of-the-art cardiovascular fitness equipment, weight machines and free weights, The Cumberland's Gym provides the perfect environment for a work out. Each machine has its own personal TV screen and headphone set - so you can keep up-to-date with world events, follow your team, or simply be entertained whilst you exercise. The Gym is available to all guests free of charge, and is open from 6.30am to 11pm.
